Rapture? |

What does
this term imply? As we all know the Rapture
vs. Tribulation vs. Wrath topic, is a heated debate among Christians?
Personally I prefer to avoid such pointless debates, and rather look at
what Gods word states, as the answer is usually contained within the
scripture context. Rev 7:9-14 KJV -
After this I beheld, and, lo, a
great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds,
and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb,
clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried
with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the
throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the
throne, and [about] the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the
throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and
glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might,
[be] unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders
answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white
robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And
he said to me, These are they
which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and
made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
| Rev 15:2 KJV - And I saw as it were a sea
of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over
the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, [and] over the number
of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
| Rev 20:4 KJV - And I saw thrones, and
they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them:
and [I saw] the souls of them
that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God,
and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had
received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they
lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
| Obviously from the context, the aforementioned saints are a future
martyred group, clarified by the millennium reign mention. Passages are
not referring to Christian martyrs throughout the ages in this grace
administration, even considering the intense persecution element. 1Cr 15:49-54 KJV - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. | An astronomical worldwide supernatural event which will also trigger off the final hour (day of the Lord, wrath of God), and immediate rise of the infamous Antichrist (wicked one, son of perdition, beast, etc). Which is discussed in greater detail in other sections; Prophets, Revelations, but briefed here. The following inserts are my interpretation of things. | Rev 17:3 KJV - So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. | Rev 17:7 KJV - And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. | Rev 17:12 KJV - And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. | Ironically the Club Of Rome, has recently divided the world into 10 regions. | Rev 17:16 KJV - And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. | Accepted king (ruler, president, etc?) by the remaining people (those left behind), as their promised culture savior (poor economy?). Whom will also pretend to support the Jews. Allowing them to reinstate their former daily sacrifice ritual (according to their ancient custom). They formerly denied Jesus' claim as Messiah, and are waiting for the Messiah to come. The Antichrist will at first feign as their promised Messiah, then later betray them. As the Antichrist will be evil incarnate. As will the political and religious powers that support him. | Rev 13:1 KJV - And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. | Rev 13:11 KJV - And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. | The bewildering rapture event itself however will be believed/deceived by many to be a massive (worldwide) UFO abduction. The world at large will be blindly deluded, even as they are now (UFO, aliens, etc?). | Therefore the Antichrist will play a major part in the great UFO deception, but will not at first win all the peoples hearts (the religious skeptics). His second force in power will be the false prophet (an influential evil religious leader), whom will attempt to deceive those whom desire a new salvation church. However many will eventually see both of their evil images in the bible (and other holy sources), and resist (defy) them. Seeing this action occurring, he (Antichrist) will become very angry, and thus employ greater tactics; worship, 666, mark (total unholy slavery of all the people). | Rev 13:16 KJV - And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: | By commanding complete allegiance or death to the people, he will become the greatest dictator ever to arise on earth. Many gentiles will die worldwide as martyrs for Gods cause, and their salvation (few rebels will escape alive), by simply resisting the demands of the Antichrist. At this time his (Antichrists) ego will become so over-inflated, that he will rise up as the only true God. | Dan 11:36-39 KJV - And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge [and] increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain. | A feat achieved through (supernatural?) deception (miracles, wonders, etc), secretly powered by Satan (behind the scenes). As the believed messiah, he (Antichrist) will then betray the Jews (break his former vow to them), by halting their 'renewed' sacred daily sacrifice ritual. He will accomplish this simple and demoralizing feat, by vandalizing their sacred temple, and possibly placing an unholy animal on their alter (pig, goat, etc).. (been done before). | Dan 11:31,32 KJV - And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily [sacrifice], and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do [exploits]. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, [many] days. | That event triggers the full wrath of God on the beast, and his kingdom. | Rev 19:20 KJV - And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. | Rev 20:4 KJV - And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. | The times to come. We are in the time prior. |
